After establishing a strong foundation in Phase 1, the focus shifted to scaling Rutopia’s reach through carefully chosen content and strategic amplification. The account grew from 1,186 to more than 2,700+ followers by leveraging high-quality surf lifestyle footage, authentic cultural positioning, and precisely timed boosts. This phase demonstrated that when content is rooted in the values of the community, even modest ad budgets can drive significant, sustainable growth.
